Terms of Use

By using Anneli you accept the terms below. The app is provided by DEVKOM.

1. What Anneli is not

No number or text in the app replaces the judgement of your doctor or midwife. If you have bleeding, severe pain, your waters break, a clear drop in your baby's movements, or anything else that worries you, contact a health service directly rather than the app.

2. Using the app

You do not need an account to use Anneli; there is no sign-in in the app and we do not ask for your email address. The app is made for adults; you may not use it if you are under 13.

3. Anneli Plus subscription

• Anneli Plus is offered weekly or yearly.
• The yearly plan includes one week free. If you do not cancel at least twenty-four hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy; refund requests go to Apple.

• The forty weeks of development content and the information cards
• The diary: weight, symptoms and notes
• Appointment and test records
• The appointment-week calculator
• The trimester checklist

4. What Plus unlocks

Plus unlocks the kick counter, the contraction counter, the hospital bag list, the birth plan and the doctor summary. If something goes wrong, write to info@devkom.com.tr.

5. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you and stays inside your phone; it is not held on a server of ours. When you delete the app, or delete your data from within it, those records are removed irreversibly. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Content rights

The text, design, icons and weekly content in the app belong to DEVKOM and may not be copied or distributed beyond personal use.

7. Limitation of liability

Anneli is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This limitation is not a waiver of the rights consumer law gives you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date on this page changes when we do. If a change is significant we say so inside the app. If we stop offering the app we announce it through the App Store.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Konya have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees in consumer disputes is reserved.
