Privacy Policy

Anneli is a pregnancy tracking app made by DEVKOM. This page explains what data the app takes, where it keeps it, and what it never takes at all. If anything here is unclear, write to info@devkom.com.tr.

1. The data you enter in the app

All of the following is kept only inside your phone, in the app's own storage. None of it is sent to us.

Some of this counts as health data. That is exactly why we keep it off our side: data that is never collected cannot leak.

2. What we never take

• Your name, email address or phone number
• An account and password — there is no sign-in in the app
• Your location
• Your contacts, calendar or health app
• Your whole photo library — the bump diary only adds the single photo you pick or take; that photo stays on your phone and is never sent to us
• Your advertising identifier (IDFA) — we never ask for tracking permission and ads are not personalised
• Your payment details — Apple handles the purchase and your card never reaches us

3. The only things that leave your device

There are four cases, and each one happens because you do something:

A purchase

If you move to Anneli Plus, Apple handles the payment. To know whether your subscription is active we use a service called Adapty. What goes to Adapty is an anonymous identifier, your device model and the subscription status. No weight, symptom, note or any other health record is sent.

PDFs you share

The doctor summary and the birth plan are produced on your phone. You decide who receives them; the file does not pass through us and we never see its contents.

Your own backup

If iPhone backup is on, the app's data may be included in your own Apple backup. That backup is under Apple's and your control, not ours.

If you choose to watch an ad

If you don't subscribe, you can optionally watch a short ad to unlock the Plus tools for 24 hours. The ad is served by Google AdMob, which only starts when you tap "Watch an ad". To serve it, AdMob processes device and usage information (for example IP address, device model and ad interactions). Your weight, symptoms, week, notes or any other health entry are never sent to AdMob. Users in Europe are asked for consent before any ad. Details: Google advertising policy.

4. Notifications

Weekly notifications and the appointment reminders you set yourself are scheduled on your phone. We do not send notifications from a server, so we do not need your identity for them either.

5. Advertising and tracking

The only ads in the app are rewarded ads you choose to watch (see section 3). Ads are not personalised. We do not track you across apps and websites and we do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. We use no analytics or attribution SDK. No ads are shown in quiet mode.

6. Keeping and deleting

Since we keep nothing, there is no server record to delete. You can remove the data on your phone yourself at any time:

• In the app: Me → Quiet mode → Delete all my data
• Deleting the app also removes every record

Both are irreversible. You may want to export the doctor summary as a PDF before you delete.

7. Your rights

The GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law 6698) give you rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over your data. In Anneli most of these are satisfied by design: the data is already yours, and editing or deleting it is in your hands. Because we hold no personal record of you, there is nothing for an access request to us to return. Even so, if something is wrong, write to info@devkom.com.tr and we reply within 30 days at the latest.

8. Children

Anneli is made for adults and is not directed at users under 13.

9. If this text changes

If we update this policy we change the date on this page. If a change affects how we handle data, we say so inside the app.

10. Medical notice

Anneli is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. The content is general information. Every pregnancy is different; make your decisions together with your doctor or midwife.
