FaithPulse is published by Devkom. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, what it does not, and where the data goes. It covers the FaithPulse iOS application only.
FaithPulse does not ask you to register. When you first open the app it creates an anonymous account consisting of a random identifier. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, precise location, or device advertising identifier. There is no sign-up form because there is nothing to sign up with.
Because the account is anonymous and tied to the installation, we cannot identify you personally, and we cannot restore your saved content if you delete the app or move to a new device.

To write a personal prayer, the text you type is sent to Groq, Inc., in the United States, which runs the language model. Groq’s terms state that it is not permitted to use API inputs or outputs to train or fine-tune models, and that it does not retain them except as needed to run the service, comply with law, or investigate abuse.
We want to be plain about what this means: people use prayer apps to write about illness, grief, fear and family conflict. That text leaves your device and is processed in the United States. If you would rather not send something, do not type it into the prayer box — the daily plan, the Bible reader and the verse commentary all work without it.
Before any text is sent to the AI provider, the app checks it for signs of suicidal thinking or self-harm. If it matches, the text is not sent anywhere; the app shows crisis helpline numbers instead. We record only that such an event happened and in which language — never what you wrote, and never anything that identifies you. We keep that count so we can tell whether the safeguard is working.
Daily reminders and the verse of the day are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent from a server and we cannot see whether you open them. You can turn them off in the app’s Settings or in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details, billing address, or Apple ID. We receive only the fact that a subscription is active, through Adapty, our subscription-management provider.
FaithPulse is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Because accounts are anonymous, we have no age information; if you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete the associated account.
You can delete everything we hold from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This removes your anonymous account and all saved prayers and verses associated with it. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you are in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR, UK GDPR and KVKK respectively. Because our accounts are anonymous, we may be unable to locate your data from an email request alone; the in-app deletion above is the reliable route. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app’s release notes.

FaithPulse kayıt olmanızı istemez. Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda rastgele bir kimlikten oluşan anonim bir hesap oluşturulur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, doğum tarihinizi, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, kesin konumunuzu veya cihaz reklam kimliğinizi toplamıyoruz. Kayıt formu yok, çünkü kaydolacak bir şey yok.
Hesap anonim olduğu ve kuruluma bağlı olduğu için sizi kişisel olarak tanıyamayız; uygulamayı silerseniz veya yeni bir cihaza geçerseniz kayıtlı içeriğinizi geri getiremeyiz.

Kişisel dua yazılabilmesi için yazdığınız metin, dil modelini çalıştıran Groq, Inc. şirketine, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ne gönderilir. Groq’un sözleşmesi, API girdilerini veya çıktılarını model eğitmek ya da ince ayar yapmak için kullanmasına izin vermediğini; hizmeti sunmak, yasaya uymak veya kötüye kullanımı incelemek dışında bunları saklamadığını belirtir.
Bunun ne anlama geldiğini açıkça söylemek istiyoruz: insanlar dua uygulamalarına hastalıklarını, yaslarını, korkularını ve aile anlaşmazlıklarını yazarlar. Bu metin cihazınızdan çıkar ve ABD’de işlenir. Göndermek istemediğiniz bir şey varsa dua kutusuna yazmayın — günlük plan, Kutsal Kitap okuyucusu ve ayet tefsiri bu kutu olmadan da çalışır.
Metin yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilmeden önce uygulama, intihar düşüncesi veya kendine zarar verme işaretleri açısından kontrol eder. Eşleşme varsa metin hiçbir yere gönderilmez; uygulama bunun yerine kriz destek hatlarını gösterir. Yalnızca böyle bir olayın gerçekleştiğini ve hangi dilde olduğunu kaydederiz — ne yazdığınızı asla, sizi tanımlayan hiçbir bilgiyi asla. Bu sayıyı, korumanın işe yarayıp yaramadığını görebilmek için tutuyoruz.
Günlük hatırlatmalar ve günün ayeti cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Sunucudan gönderilmezler ve açıp açmadığınızı göremeyiz. Uygulama Ayarlar’dan veya iOS Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsiniz.
Abonelikler Apple üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple işler; kart bilgilerinizi, fatura adresinizi veya Apple Kimliğinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Bize yalnızca aboneliğin etkin olduğu bilgisi, abonelik yönetim sağlayıcımız Adapty aracılığıyla ulaşır.
FaithPulse 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Hesaplar anonim olduğu için yaş bilgimiz yoktur; bir çocuğun bize bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize ulaşın, ilgili hesabı sileriz.
Elimizdeki her şeyi uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil. Bu işlem anonim hesabınızı ve ona bağlı tüm kayıtlı dua ve ayetleri kaldırır. Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
AB, Birleşik Krallık veya Türkiye’deyseniz sırasıyla GDPR, UK GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesaplarımız anonim olduğundan yalnızca bir e-posta talebiyle verinizi bulmamız mümkün olmayabilir; güvenilir yol yukarıdaki uygulama içi silmedir. Ayrıca yerel veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır (Türkiye’de KVKK Kurumu).
Bu politikada esaslı bir değişiklik olursa üstteki tarihi güncelleyecek ve değişikliği uygulamanın sürüm notlarında belirteceğiz.
